How Smart Lipo is Different than Traditional Lipo
The course of the procedure of laser liposuction technique, thus performed with Smart Lipo equipment’s is usually identical to that of traditional lipo technique. The course of the procedure involves administering local anaestesia with epinephrine into the treatable area, using a cannula to break down the fatty tissues from the surrounding skin and draining out the liquefied fat. However, the only difference that Smart Lipo makes to the procedure is the cannula probe used being not manual but laser-assisted.
Smart Lipo micro cannnulas are chosen over e laser beams emitted through the Smart Lipo cannulas is strong enough to break down softer fatty tissues but gentle enough to not cause any harm to surrounding collagen and skin. Even very deep and fibrous layers of fat in the skin can be emulsified with these probes without needing the surgeon’s vigorous poking of the cannula risking any nerve or muscle damage or internal bruising. The laser beams act as an extension of the probes thus breaking down hardly reachable deeper layers under the skin with practically lesser risk of invasiveness.
However, sometimes the course of the procedure with Smart Lipo can be tad different than that of traditional lipo. The technique that doesn’t apply the poking of the cannula to break down the fat, but use only the laser beams to do the job. Once the fat is melted it is then gently aspirated through tiny incisions.
The laser assisted probes also promote better skin tightening through coagulation. As a reaction to the heat created by the laser the skin produces collagens to promote natural healing process which makes the skin smooth and firm.
